Marry Me Chicken Recipe
🕒 Cooking Time: 30 minutes
🍽 Servings: 4
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp dried chili flakes
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup chicken stock (divided)
• Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Sear the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Lightly coat each breast with flour. In a hot pan, add olive oil and butter, then sear the chicken for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Build the Sauce
In the same pan, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in the dried chili flakes and sun-dried tomatoes, letting them cook for about 2 minutes. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly, deglazing the pan.
3. Make it Creamy & Finish Cooking
Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the chicken stock. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes, then return the chicken to the pan. Pour in the remaining chicken stock, coat the chicken in the sauce, and let it simmer for 3 more minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Top with fresh basil and serve with buttered pasta, mashed potatoes, or warm crusty bread for the ultimate cozy meal.
Nancy Meyers Vibes, Right at Home

Picture yourself stirring the creamy, garlicky sauce, sipping a glass of white wine, and feeling like the star of your own romantic film.
So this Valentine’s Day, treat yourself—because love starts in the kitchen.
